Flintco and Rotondo Weirich have constructed correctional facilities together in Louisiana, California and Oklahoma. We appreciate the attention to detail their team adds to the project. While this attention may not necessarily be required in their specific scope of work, Rotondo Weirich recognizes the importance of a team approach with all companies working on a project. The most successful projects occur when all stakeholders have the same team attitude and Rotondo Weirich leads by example!
In 2007, we had the pleasure of working with RW when they provided 484 precast cells and 16 electrical and storage rooms for Her Majesty’s Prison Dodds St. Philip, Barbados.
The entire concept and process of mobilizing a manufacturing site to our island was new for us. RW took initiative and led us through their process and plan. Any initial concerns that we had were put to rest when RW rolled out their logistics plan for mobilization to Barbados, which had every aspect of the project planned out well in advance.
Organized, timely, precise, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with would properly sum up our opinion of and experience with this team.
The SCI, Benner project is one of the largest and fastest Design correctional projects Hensel Phelps has undertaken in this region. The commitment of our partners, like Rotondo Weirich to work collaboratively and creatively to solve complex challenges during design and throughout construction has been instrumental to the project’s success.
